The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is planning to release a new Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) seeking innovative systems for military missions. Ahead of the estimated summer release, the agency’s Tactical Technology Office will hold a virtual Proposers Day to give interested groups a preview of the BAA and an opportunity to question officials so they can formulate the best proposals and demos for their system.

Vendors or groups that can address emergent threats, and new or advanced technological concepts in the areas of ground, maritime, air, space and cross-domain systems should participate in the May 3 to May 4 event and sign up for the program manager meetings. The meetings will allow an opportunity to question the government on the upcoming BAA’s requirements for cross-cutting capabilities including “agile hardware and software development; autonomy; cross-domain collaboration; and cost inversion,” according to the special notice.

The Proposers Day will provide information through pre-recorded videos; click here to access the videos until May 5. Requests for a Program Manager meeting are open through April 26 or until all the slots are filled. Click here to request a meeting.
